Customer Challenge

The client required a robust and scalable solution for hosting their Umbraco-based website on AWS, with the ability to efficiently manage and store a large volume of media assets. They also needed a reliable and cost-effective method for media file uploads and storage, ensuring high availability for their global user base.

SUDO Solution

We deployed Umbraco on a Windows Server hosted on AWS, providing the client with a secure and scalable environment to manage their content and serve their customers. The platform was integrated with Amazon S3 for seamless media file management, allowing the website to upload and store large files such as high-resolution car images and videos. This integration not only optimized storage but also ensured fast, reliable access to media assets.
To further enhance the platform’s performance and scalability, AWS services were employed to automatically scale resources based on traffic demands, ensuring that the platform could handle peak periods during high-demand events or promotions. The architecture was designed for flexibility, allowing the client to manage their content efficiently while benefiting from AWS’s security and cost-saving features.
